Looking to meet BC home schoolers
We have moved to BC a few weeks ago, and everything we were told is
true. BC is a wonderful place, with wonderful people.
We are currently being hosted by a family in Fraser valley, with
their own unschooled kids, and our girls are very happy. It is clear
for us now that we want to keep them happy by staying near other free
kids during our travel (and forever after too ;-).
We have our own tent trailer, and we intend travel around BC with it
this summer.
We are looking for other home schooled families in the rural parts of
BC that will allow us to live in our trailer next to their house for a
couple of weeks or so. Since we bring our own accomodation with us, we
will only need some water and electricity, and we will be happy to pay
for those (or any other expenses we might cause) as needed. We are
interested in areas with active home learners groups. Around the end
of the summer we will look for a place to stay, and the home schooling
scene is an important part in area selection.
Some info about us:
Yuval, 35, Open source software developer and freedom enthusiast.
Naama, 35, Educated and experienced in Math, Permaculture, cooking and
pastry.
Aur (dd, 7), Neta (dd, 5), Keshet (dd, 3) are magical fairy-girls, all
are being unschooled since birth.
